We provide our members with low interest financing for certain home improvements that will increase energy efficiency. Loans are available for high efficiency electric heating and cooling systems; ceiling, wall and floor insulation; storm or replacement windows; caulking, weatherstripping and other infiltration controls; and attic ventilation systems.
