On Sept. 9, 2025, Alfalfa Electric Cooperative Gail Ridgway proudly celebrated a remarkable milestone: GAIL RIDGWAY’S 40th anniversary with the company. Gail began her career with Alfalfa Electric in 1985 and steadily worked her way up to become chief financial officer. Over four decades, she has played a vital role in guiding the cooperative’s financial health, helping us grow and adapt through changing times. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership are instrumental in ensuring our continued stability and success. Reaching a 40-year milestone is a rare and impressive achievement, and we were honored to recognize Gail’s contributions to Alfalfa Electric.
