Alfalfa Electric Cooperative (AEC) is set to host its 89th annual meeting on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Cherokee High School Auditorium. This event is the perfect opportunity for members to stay informed, connect with AEC staff, and celebrate the cooperative values that drive our community forward. Members, don’t forget to bring your annual report to registration. A highlight of this year’s meeting includes voting on important proposed bylaw changes that impact the cooperative. Your role in shaping AEC’s future is crucial, and a comprehensive outline of these changes can be found in your annual report or on our website.
Member Registration Prizes
We’ve got an exciting lineup of rewards for our dedicated members:
- Registration Gift: Each registered member will receive a $25 bill credit and a 3-in-1 charging cable.
- Cash Drawings: Registered members will also be automatically entered into cash prize drawings totaling $5,700! Winners will be announced on social media and our website on Monday, April 7.
Capital Credits Update
Continuing our commitment to returning margins to our members, the board of trustees has approved $2,090,000 in capital credits refunds this year.
- Refunds of $200 or less have already been credited to members’ accounts.
- Refund checks over $200 will be mailed directly to members.

Lobby Registration: 6 to 7 p.m. in the Cherokee High School Auditorium lobby
Business Meeting: Begins promptly at 7 p.m., led by AEC Board President Mark Angle
