That’s why our power supplier, Western Farmers Electric Cooperative (WFEC), is currently partnering with the cooperatives they serve to conduct a Residential Consumer Survey — and we encourage all members to participate.
Why This Survey Is Important
The purpose of the survey is to gather information about how electricity is used in homes across our service area. Understanding energy usage patterns helps cooperatives and our power supplier make informed decisions about future planning, infrastructure, and services. Simply put, your responses help ensure we can continue to meet the needs of our members today and in the years ahead.
The survey asks general questions about your home, heating and cooling systems, appliances, and communication preferences. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but the information collected plays a valuable role in long-term planning.

We understand that your time — and your information — is important. All responses are confidential, and the information you provide will not be shared with any third-party vendors. The data will be used only for planning and research purposes.
Please Respond by the End of May
We encourage all residential members to take a few moments to complete the survey no later than May 31. The more responses received, the more accurate and helpful the results will be for planning future energy needs.
