On Friday, Oct. 3, we kicked off National Co-op Month in true AEC fashion — by celebrating you, our member-owners! Our Member Appreciation Luncheon at our headquarters was a wonderful way to connect, share a meal, and celebrate the cooperative spirit that keeps our communities strong. As we near the end of 2025, guided by our annual theme, “Your Power, Your Voice, Our Community,” this event perfectly reflected what our community means to us. It’s not just about electricity — it’s about people. The friendships, partnerships, and shared pride in the places we call home are what truly power our cooperative. Seeing our members come together reminded me that took tours of our office, and picked up some co-op swag to take home. We even had a special relationships — because when we come together, we guest — Willie Wiredhand stopped by to bring smiles and all thrive. plenty of photo ops!
