89th Annual Meeting

A total of 540 members registered for the meeting, choosing either the convenient drive-thru registration held at AEC headquarters or attending
in person at the auditorium. A special guest appearance by Willie Wiredhand brought smiles and tons of enthusiasm to the drive-thru event, quickly making him a fan favorite! Registered members were treated to a $25 bill credit and a handy charging cable as our way of saying thank you for being part of the AEC family. Additionally, we hosted prize drawings, giving back $5,600 to our members, along with several gifts generously donated by our local vendors. This year, members voted on significant bylaw changes, all of which were approved with strong participation. On behalf of all our employees, we sincerely thank you for your patience during registration, as we know it took a bit longer than
usual to cast these votes. At Alfalfa Electric Cooperative, the annual meeting isn’t just about
reviewing financials or casting votes — it’s about connecting with you, our members. We’re honored to serve you and truly appreciate the trust you place in us every day. Thank you to everyone who
