Employee Spotlight – Brandon Fletcher

Alfalfa Electric Cooperative is excited to welcome Brandon Fletcher as the newest employee at your cooperative. Brandon started high school at Pearland High School in Pearland, TX. His family then moved to Stillwell, KS where he graduate from Blue Valley High School. He began his college career at Johnson County Community College taking general coursework. He then moved to Alva, OK in 2011 and attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University (Ride Rangers Ride!) where he studied mathematics and education. Following his education at NWOSU, Brandon enrolled at Northwest Technology Center and studied Electrical Trades. He graduated with honors from NWTECH in May 2021.

Following his education, Brandon was looking for a career where he could both support his family and also be a key influence to his children.  Brandon was hired at AEC as the Clearing Crew Chief-in-Training on the wood crew. When asked how things were going at AEC Brandon said, “I am so thankful for the opportunity to work for such a great company and with an outstanding team!”

When Brandon is away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family. Brandon and his wife were married in October of 2016 and have made a home together in Alva, OK. He is the proud father to two beautiful daughters, Autumn and Brianna. It doesn’t take very long of being around Brandon to realize how much his wife and daughters mean to him!

AEC feels fortunate to have an employee like Mr. Fletcher. Welcome to Alfalfa Electric, Brandon!
